Learning to use kidpix

This is a reading activity that I did about a budgie.  I had to label the parts of the budgie and then write a story about them.

Brooke says:  I think I did a good job because I did some good writing about budgies and I labelled all the different parts.

My Published Story

Two weeks ago we went to Ambury Farm and then we came back to school and wrote about.  I wrote a big story and this is just the first page of my published work that went on the wall!

Brooke said:  I wrote a good story with lots of ideas but when I published it I forgot to do my capital letters.  I will remember that next time.

Our Spider Art

We have been learning how to use clay.  This is my spider.  I had to mould it into shape.  Add pipe cleaners for legs and then paint it.  It was lots of fun!

Working with fractions

Here you are learning about halves and quarters of different objects and shapes.

 Halves were easy for you, but quarters was a little bit trickier.

Brooke says: it was a little bit hard but then I found a way to squish it together.
